We want you to love your VICI Collection pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Your Method
Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method or an instant store credit to use on your next fashion find.
Print & Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and affix the label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off
Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
